Nice and clean room. The only thing bad and it was no big deal was it was in a strange location. Not really off the highway. But would definitely stay there again.

The building was brand new, with state of the art technology and eco friendly. The lady at reception desk was efficient, friendly and informative. John Henry who overseerd the breakfast was efficient friendly and even gave us a tour of the breakfast area & how to operate pancake machine. Good location central to everything & just down from the only drive in theater left in FL. Definitely would stay here whenever we visit Lakeland & it's the friendliest hard working staff with excellent customer service We have seen in a very long time. They even clean your room daily which few do anymore so that's a plus for me 😉
