Nestled in a private cove right on the shores of Lake Ontario you'll be charmed by this midcentury cottage. Not far from local farm stands & markets for truly a farm to table dinner.

Hike the Chimney Bluffs, check out the local cider/wine tastings, and treasure hunt at local antique shops. 30 mins to Rochester & Renaissance Fest.

Guest access
-Guests are welcome in all areas of the home with the exception of the basement past the laundry room and garage.
-There are a few locked cabinets through out the house used for personal storage. Please do not enter these.

Other things to note
-Air conditioning is only in living space. Bedrooms are cooled by fans only.
-There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway. There is also room for vehicles directly across from the stairs up to the house.
-Please note that there is a small bridge that must be crossed to get to the property. Large vehicles such as campers/trailer with boats cannot cross and there is no place to park them.
-The house is in the country. Please understand there are farms nearby that we cannot control. Being near the water attracts natural wildlife of all sorts. Please expect animals &/or bugs.
-Lawn care is necessary & may occur during your stay by Hawks Landscaping.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
