Inside, the living space is designed with comfort in mind. You`ll also find yourself in a safe, sunny neighborhood, within walking distance of Starbucks, Publix, and the vibrant Lake Avenue, where you’ll discover a world of dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Getting around is a breeze—whether by car, bike, or on foot, everything (including the BEACH!) is just five minutes away.

✅ Age Requirement: The primary renter must be 25 years or older to book this property.

✅ Smoke-Free Home: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed indoors. Any evidence of smoking inside may result in additional cleaning fees. Feel free to enjoy the fresh Florida air outdoors instead!

✅ Respect for Quiet Hours: Please keep outdoor noise levels low after 10 PM to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our lovely neighborhood.

✅ No Parties or Gatherings: To keep the space cozy and enjoyable for all, parties and large gatherings are not permitted.

✅ Guest Responsibility: The lead guest will need to provide a copy of their driver’s license upon booking and is responsible for all individuals on the property (excluding management, the owner, and their agents).

✅ Respecting Our Home & Community: This home is part of a residential neighborhood, and we appreciate your help in being a considerate guest. Failure to follow safety or house rules may result in an early check-out without refund.
