Fenced backyard for pets, palm trees, patio, fire pit and gas grill. House is stocked and ready for you with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, snacks and more, even a water bottle and chocolate on the nightstand to kick off your stay! Kitchen- Complete with coffee bar and cozy breakfast nook, this kitchen has everything you need to feel at home! Equipped with a Keurig Duo coffee pot so that you can use a single serve kcup or make a pot of coffee. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, crock pot, electric skillet, blender, toaster, dishes, utensils and basic seasonings. Bonus: french press & moka pot. Our family loves the walking trails around the lake, almost guaranteed to see some Sand Hill Cranes. Only a few steps from the front door! Want to take the kids to a playground? You have two within walking distance. Basketball, skateboarding or boating? Also, all within a short walk. Making core memories that last!
