The staff was amazing! Diego took excellent care of us and Hugo in the bar was great. Every staff member we encountered was warm and friendly. We loved seeing the alpacas and cuy on the grounds - and appreciated gazebos, swings and teeter totter for fun moments. The staff treated us very well and we had all our meals at the nice restaurant and bar. We were able to store our bags after check out, allowing for the Uros tour by boat from the dock on the property. We have not stayed one night here but it was the best hotel of our three week Peru trip!

Staff was excellent. Restaurant was great food with a great view. I loved the garden alpacas and cuyes. My only real issues that do not affect the rating as they are more general to the city itself are that a lot of tours will not get you if you do not stay in the central area and you probably should not walk outside of the central area unless you want to deal with lots of street dogs. Take a cab, they’re very inexpensive.
