Great stay

This hotel was a much-needed stay! It was so warm and they even have a wood-fired stove in the lounge. Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were spotless and modern.

A un par de cuadras de la plaza principal y de la estación del tren. De fácil acceso y con las amenidades necesarias para tener una excelente estancia. Te ofrece un desayuno básico, pero muy delicioso. Además, tiene bebidas calientes gratis cuando lo requieras, ya sea para calentarte o para sobrellevar la altura. Exceptional service from Jose!!

The hotel was a bit dated in Ok condition. But the service was exceptional, particularly I want to mention Jose Mayta, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and take care of us. Just because of him I will give a 5 star instead of a 3 or 4. Even though they assigned us to a room without the right number of beds, he moved a bed from another room to make things work for us. He also went beyond to provide us with many needed help as our kids were struggling with Altitude sickness. Great overall experience.
