The Landing Resort & Spa offers 88 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature fireplaces and minibars. I cannot speak high enough for The Landing. The views were incredible, absolutely worth every penny. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was fantastic! It was a walkable distance from the Heavenly shops and the shuttle was a lifesaver if you needed to go a little beyond walking.

We always enjoy staying at The Landing when in South Lake Tahoe. The lake views are beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and Heavenly Village is a 10 minute walk or free shuttle ride away. And best part… The Landing always welcomes our dog!

Beautiful place, amazing views and truly wonderful people that work here. Very friendly and helpful. James showed us to our room and gave us an overview of the resort. Joel really helped us out one morning when we had vehicle problems. He came to the rescue with jumper cables and we made it to our excursion on time. Loved the beachfront view! Our room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The shower was huge and I loved the steamer. Even the bathroom floor and toilet seat was heated! Can’t wait to come back to this place!
