We liked the location, the room was insulated, everything was very clean and comfortable. However, the neighbors were so noisy and you felt like you were in their room with them. We also had a broken thermostat and the larger of the two windows would not open. Everything else about the room was great. It felt safe, clean, and I would stay there again, but make sure we had a room with a working thermostat, less neighbors, and windows that opened.

the rooms were nice except they did not have air conditioning which we knew from the description. We only had one incident when the manager on duty scared us by coming into our room at 1:30am when we were in a deep sleep and neither of us were able to get back to sleep until about 7:00am.

The air conditioning did not work. The TV is the size of a IPad and the restroom is a tight squeeze. Besides that the room was clean. It was pretty quiet all night.

Not a resort by any stretch of the imagination. However, it was updated. Clean and quiet location. Very convenient to the concert venue and walkable to restaurants and the beach.

There is a pool that is not functional, no A/C, the plumbing for the shower is messed up. Would not stay there again for the price they charge.

You get what you pay for

The check in process was basic. The staff member at the front desk was kind and professional. The front desk is not open 24hr. The room was basic. Nothing fancy. Beds were comfortable enough to sleep. The hotel was a close walk to the casinos. The only negative about the room was how dirty the floor was. I had on a pair of white socks the entire time I was in the room. When we left in the morning, I actually just threw the socks away because they were so black on the bottom. If it had not been for the cheap price at the time I booked, I would say I would not stay here again.

Staff was super nice. There was no shower curtain in our bathroom so couldn’t take shower. Also there was an outside light right outside the window that made the room very bright and made sleep difficult. Lots of street noise as well. Also air conditioning did not work. Room was very hot

Check in was quick, but not accommodating. The over all appearance of the place will looks nice but the rooms have no air flow, the doors do not lock when closed you have to slam it closed, the shower has only scolding hot water, no remote for the tv, trash all throughout the hotel property, noisy customers fitting in parking lot all hours of the night throwing things at cars off the balcony, weed smoke all over the place. If your into an all night drinking/weed smoking experience with couples fighting this is the place for you
