Very convenient location to Heavenly Gondola and Village. Clean, comfortable rooms with all the basics that you need. There is no front desk but support is easily available offsite via text. We appreciated that the property was gated which helped it feel more secure. We will definitely stay again at the Gondola Lodge for a convenient place to stay for skiing or easy access to the beach in the summertime. Highly recommend!

Expected a one-bedroom condo and got two small rooms side by side that were combined. The towels are brown in color and the sheets and cover on the bed looked dull - so they didn't appear to be sanitary. Rooms were stuffy and only had an air unit that had a hose going to the window to provide AC and it was loud - all night long as it was as states stuffy ands hot! Outside the chairs were dirty, pool and jacuzzi were dirty, the outside BBQ area was dirty. However, Jennifer in particular was very helpful when I had issues getting the codes to the room and we were lucky that a man onsite did help us with our luggage to the second floor. Was surprised that they actually had this person onsite as I was told there is no front desk and this was an issue that I will be sure to look for on my next booking - it is a must to have someone onsite!
