Check in was easy, even though it was virtual check in with no front desk, communication with the hotel was good with detailed instructions and they replied all my questions very fast. After I made this reservation I immediately got a note from the hotel that they don’t have a front desk which is always a big red flag for me. Once I checked in via their electronic system naturally the internet did not work for almost the entire two day stay. The staff were responsive in text messages but that’s not the kind of hotel experience I seek-lazy no front desk place with problems

Amazing! I requested a birthday set up agead of our arrival and they went above and beyond! Perfect communication. And the hot tub has a great lake view! The fireplace is super nice aswell.

The ADA room had ample table space and white bedding and multiple pillows were clean and comfortable. Driveway for access to the room was super helpful.
