This was our first time at the chalet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were quick to answer my questions, the place was clean and cutely updated inside, peaceful grounds, close walk to attractions, and very fairly priced for the area. We have already planned to book here again the next time we come to Tahoe.

We loved staying here with our family. The check-in process was easy - I received a text message with the door code and our adventure was underway. The property was immaculate inside and out. We loved having a separate bedroom from the rest of the place, and the space in unit 5 was ample for a family of four.

Property is near the Main Street with many activities and restaurants nearby. Good price for what you get. Quiet, clean, and cozy. Only thing is that some of our towels were stained but we worked around that. Good stay for a weekend trip as a couple.

I had a wonderful stay at South Lake Chalet. The room looked exactly like the photos online, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is excellent—close to casinos, shopping, and a variety of restaurants. I especially enjoyed the studio room with its convenient kitchenette, which included a Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee each morning. The bed was very comfortable with soft, cozy linens. Although there isn't a front desk, the owners communicated promptly and efficiently through text, making the check-in process seamless. The next time I visit Lake Tahoe, I will definitely stay here again.
