The room was very clean and comfortable and very spacious, you literally were just steps from the gondola, you can walk to target for your groceries and restaurants and every direction.

This hotel perhaps was the best option for budget and location. 10 min walking to almost anything. Parking with no extra fees. Room was clean. No weird smell at all. No noise. Heater works just fine. I can't think of complaints at all. Can't be more happy with the stay. I will surely come back.

It’s very good place and the staff very nice and communicative. Very close to all restaurants and shopping center and heavenly gondola. The room was very clean. It just need some upgrade. Overall, I will come back here.

The room was ok, better then most in the area, some stains on the carpet. The staff was mostly courteous. I asked for late check out but the cleaning staff knocked on the door twice, and a 3rd person knocked and immediately opened the locked door and had one foot in the room while I was throwing on a shirt and walking to the door. Everything other than that was ok.

There wasnt mountain view from our window. But the hotel location was perfect. It was exactly between the lake and heavenly village which makes it walkable to both the directions in snow as well.
