Everything was broken, from the knob of the oven melt off to have a heater with no thermostat control. The bathroom was ice cold and our towels were frozen by the 30 degree air leaking through the bathroom single pain window. It’s ranks as far worst of the worst maintained hotel. If you seen the bates motel or think of Motel 5, this would be the category. The management is ignoring the issues when reported. There was a dangerous ice sheet in the parking lot. Honestly, city of Tahoe should close down this place due to number of hazards it poses to its guest.

The room was good for the value. Good location, walking distance to the heavenly village, and gondola. The rooms have been renovated, I stayed here few years ago and room were horrible. Much better now, but still need room for improvement. The shower knobs were not working correctly. But the rest of the room was good. Clean. They got rid of the horrible carpet. Now it is laminate, much better. Overall is good.

This is in a convenient location. It is close to Stateline attractions, but far enough off the main road to be quiet. Staff was friendly. And they allow pets for an additional fee. My only complaint was that the room smelled strongly of cleaning product & there was a large area on the floor where the product hasn't been fully removed. It was very slick & we almost fell before we could clean it up.

An okay room but very close to caesar’s and the strip. They had their lobby doors locked until 4pm and their phone number is an offsite number. Not exactly reachable unless you’ve checked in. We checked in and had a dirty room, hair in between each layer of the bed, obvious unmopped floors and a clump of hair on the shower wall. It was fixed within 30 minutes- but very disappointing after a 4 hour commute to Tahoe.

I had high hopes for this place based on the reviews, but was disappointed. Outdated and somewhat rundown place. Pros: easy and free parking, within short walking distance of Gondola, bed was somewhat comfortable. Cons: outdated, only had one extra power outlet on one side of the bed (every other power outlet in the room had a light or something other plugged into it and no free outlet on/near the other side of the bed), the heater made an obnoxious tapping/clicking sound for 5+ minutes when turning on and off, the linoleum floor in the bathroom is scuffed/stained and looks gross, the shower is stained and looks gross, the water takes forever to get hot (more like lukewarm) even with the cold water turned completely off, the wooden structure of the hotel (stairs and balcony walkway) allows you to hear every single footstep made by others walking by and up/down the stairs (which was very irritating, as my room was at the top of the stairs), the glass top on the nightstand on one side of the bed had a sticky/slimy film on it, one small single cup coffee maker with 2 cheap coffee pods , mini fridge wasn’t even cold with it turned all the way on cold. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Only outlet in the room for phone/electronics.

I’ve stayed there many times. With new owners they’ve done away with the breakfast which was a bummer. The room we stayed in was fine. Walls are paper thin and I could hear the conversations of the folks next door. For the price and time of year it was ok.
