Welcome to Floridays...a quiet place by the lake

Relax in the sun and enjoy a drink by your private pool in the bug free lanai. Tie up your boat to the private dock or go out for a sunny day on Lake June-in-Winter. Ski. Boat. Fish for world class Florida large mouth bass. Or just unwind at the party cove! It's a short 5 minute ride through the canals to beautiful Lake June.

This home is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Walk Lemon Road in the mornings and meet the friendly neighbors walking their dogs.

Floridays was renewed in 2022. Everything from the furniture to the light switches are new. The kitchen holds modern appliances and kitchenware that didn't come from a garage sale.

Keep your boat tied to the dock (for the time being there is a boat stored on the boat lift). You can even store your boat trailer in the extra large garage. Fish from the dock!

There are 3 outdoor security cameras, NO cameras inside. A doorbell camera. A camera in the dock for the boat. Last a camera in the lanai. If the lanai camera makes things uncomfortable please cover it with a cloth. It's only there to monitor the back entrances when the home is empty.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Floridays was a really welcoming home for us to relax at during a family reunion. Clean with plenty of supplies, high quality linens, mattresses and towels. We enjoyed the ample leisure spaces inside and out with high quality furniture. The pool was relaxing to swim in and look at. Thanks for the lovely stay!

The layout made it easy to relax, and the screened pool area quickly became our favorite place to unwind. What an amazing place! We've stayed and many rentals and this was one of the cleanest and best "stocked" places we've ever stayed! They thought of everything - from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the pool - everything! Every kind of cookware/glassware utensil we could have imagined. Who thinks of putting little flashlights in the nightstand drawers or smartly-placed night lights to get around at night, or outlet covers that have built-in USB chargers everywhere - they did! Even left us a very nice Yeti-like cooler to use! Towels a plenty, comfy beds, a great backyard/pool area. We can't say enough good things about this place. Thanks to the Manns (our hosts) for sharing your home with us! We had an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable time! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely look you up! 100% recommend!

Couldn’t ask for a better place! The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors were extremely nice. The house was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Enjoyed the pool and sitting out on the canal dock enjoying the evenings. Will definitely book again.

We have stayed at Floridays 3 times now. The home is wonderful. The pool was great. Sitting on the lanai having morning coffee, while overlooking the pool and canal, was so relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The neighbors were all friendly and all the dogs had fun together. We will be back again. Just a wonderful, peaceful place. Maybe, one day, Mitch will sell it to us. LOL!

If I could buy this property, I would! Clean, open design, rooms were big. Kitchen had everything you needed. Loved the shower in the master bath. The saltwater pool was great. Furnishing of home was great. Nice, quiet neighborhood. My family very much enjoyed our stay.

What a home away from home should. The house was clean and tidy. It was a breeze to get in. Owner has the house very organized. The stay at this property was very delightful. My wife and I have rented over a half a dozen of properties like this, and this by far was the best experience.

Mitch was extremely responsive! The location and property was perfect for us! We were able to use the dock for our 22ft pontoon. The water temperature was perfect for our daughter. We even nailed a few bass during our stay. Thank you for wonderful experience.

Quiet and Peaceful

Absolutely stunning property in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the evenings poolside listening to the resident owls. House was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked with all necessities to enjoy a favorite meal. An absolutely no stress experience. Host was available to answer any questions. Stayed for 2 months and very difficult to leave. Perfect place!
