The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They checked on me, while I was on the way and helped a lot when the parking lot was full, which happened a few times during the holiday weekend. The continental breakfast was minimal and all pre-wrapped, but coffee was plentiful.

The Laurel worked so well for a family of six traveling together. Very hard to accommodate grandparents and grandchildren together. This worked beautifully. The location to the lake was great and an easy walk into town. We would return in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally caring, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. They listened carefully to all of our requests and were always happy to help, which made us feel truly welcomed and well looked after. The only minor downside was that the breakfast selection was somewhat limited and could offer a greater variety of dishes. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
