Hotel property is great with 4 pools and being located right in the heart of Lake Placid. Having access to kayaks, paddle boats and stand up paddle boards on Mirror Lake made for a fun time for the family. The room was well kept and the staff was also very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was tremendously, helpful and pleasant to deal with . Lea Collins, the Guest Services Manager, was absolutely outstanding and compassionate when we had to cut our trip short due to illness. Be prepared to do some walking to get to the pools but other than that the resort is truly wonderful.
