If you are staying in Lake Placid- this Is the place to stay!!! The view over the town and lake were phenomenal!!! Sitting by the firepit with a cocktail and looking over the lake and at the mountains were fabulous! Would stay here 100 times again!

Our first floor room window looked out to the indoor pool. There was a pool, tables and chairs, and of course many people right outside our window. We had to keep the drapes drawn. There was no natural light or view to outside. I've never experienced this before. The bathroom cockroaches were the icing on the cake. Front desk response " sorry about that"
