Trash collection is Monday morning. If you`re staying Sunday night, please place the trash cans by the road Sunday evening or early Monday morning.

Pets are welcome! A $150 pet fee applies. Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the beds, sofas, and out of the pool.

Children
Please supervise children at all times. The property is not childproof, and parents or guardians are responsible for their children`s safety and any damage caused during their stay.

Feel free to enjoy the animals, but please do not enter the horse paddocks or feed any of the animals.

Awesome place to stay. The house is huge, very clean, super comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. The setting is very cool and private, right on the lake with a heated pool, which was perfect after long days. It’s near Lake Placid, about a 20-minute drive to Sebring Raceway, and honestly a great, quiet escape. Would absolutely stay here again.

Best lake house ever!! So many things to do from feeding animals, swimming in pool, hanging out on the dock, paddle boating, or kayaking. We had the best family vacation ever and we will be returning!! We had all ages and there was plenty to keep busy for everyone! The game room was definitely a hit!

We stayed here with eight adults and one child to celebrate my 40th birthday, and we had an amazing time. The paddle boat, pool, and pool table were all big hits. The property truly has it all—breathtaking views, goats and horses to feed and pet, and so many fun amenities throughout. It was exactly what we were looking for and the perfect place to relax and celebrate. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. I highly recommend this property, and we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful lake house. It felt like home from the moment we walked through the door. The house is super clean, with plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics you need for cooking. There was so much to do that we only left the property to get groceries (10 min drive). The kids loved fishing in the lake and the pond behind the house, kayaking, playing pool volleyball, taking the pontoon paddle boat around the lake, playing pool or hanging out in the large kitchen & living room while we cooked meals together. What a great getaway for a large family (we had 7 adults, 3 kids and a dog). Our dog loved the large fenced in yard to play and run and our kids are already asking when we can go back. It was super quiet and very relaxing - would highly recommend this property.
