Cozy Loft on Treetop Cove

Indulge in a luxurious getaway at this spacious and cozy 840sq. ft. private lakeside loft in Treetop Village, nestled in the Village of Four Seasons—one of Lake of the Ozarks’ most coveted areas. Relax in our private hot tub on the lake or paddle the cove in our kayaks. There are two swimming pools & a pickleball court in our community. Enjoy walks around our forest-like 25-acre wooded community. Perfect for a romantic escape or unforgettable family adventure. The Fitness and Aquatic Center, with indoor and outdoor pools, is a 2-minute drive away.

In addition to the king-size bed, the Loft includes a leather sleeper sofa that converts into a queen-size bed. Enjoy luxury Cariloha linen on both beds.

We (Bob and Elena) built this luxury loft above the garage to our first-class standards for our residence while we fully renovated the main home. The garage is connected to our home, but the four loft walls are not connected to any structure, providing you with complete privacy. The only access to the loft is up the 17 exterior steps shown in the photos.

We are new to Vrbo, so no ratings yet. You will see us (on the other big site) with a 4.97 out of 5 rating, a Superhost, and in the top 1% of all listings. Since we opened the door in July 2025, guests, especially couples, have loved this property. A 1st class experience for our guests is our goal.

Whether we are home or off exploring, you’re welcome to enjoy the private martini deck for fishing, picnicking, or lounging, unwind in the private hot tub overlooking Treetop Cove and the main channel, paddle out in the kayaks (life jackets provided), or take a swim in the lake from the private lake-entry steps next to the hot tub deck. Come, enjoy, and make some memories!

The Cozy Loft was fabulous! Bob and Elena were the perfect hosts. They couldn't have been more gracious. No detail was overlooked. The view of the lake from the deck was beautiful. The loft itself was high quality if every way. I felt like I was staying at a 5-star resort. I would highly recommend the Cozy Loft!
