When I checked in the front desk staff was excellent. The breakfast bar was great and this staff was also excellent. However, when I was entering the elevator to go up to my floor a staff member jumped in front of me and pushed her flood first with the door closing on me. She never said "excuse" me or showed any response to her actions. As she was speaking in another language to another staff member as if wasn't even there. She showed no interest in the fact that I was a guest. All other staff members were very considerate.

I’m a little disappointed that I was charged $8 per day to self park. These hidden charges are not listed. The extra $50 to park for my stay was not expected. This information should be clear also not to mention the additional charges for taxes. $20 in addition taxes is a bit excessive. I would have to consider staying here again.

Amazing hotel seems pretty new and was very clean. The only I would is to keep in mind if you are traveling with kids or a big family this is a quieter area so people don't like the slightest noise. We got to the hotel late one of the nights (we were out all at the parks) and we were told someone said we were being loud and we were just heating up food. Aside from that great friendly staff good breakfast and clean rooms.
