Fairway Villa 1501 at Rumbling Bald

This two-bedroom, two-bath, single-floor plan condo is located on Bald Mountain Golf Course and is within walking distance of  restaurants, the beach, Wellness Center, and other recreational facilities. Inside you will find a great room with vaulted ceiling, queen sleeper sofa, love seat, leather rocker recliner, and TV with VCR and DVD players. For dining, there is a round table with four padded chairs. The kitchen includes an electric range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker.  A stack washer and dryer is hidden away in a utility closet beside the kitchen.

The first bedroom has two Queen beds, dresser, TV,  and a private bath with tub/shower. The second bedroom has two Queen beds, dresser, TV,  small balcony overlooking the fairways, and a bath with tub/shower. This unit is also near the common area of Bald Mountain Lake, providing you access to picnic tables, charcoal grills, a fishing pier. The rear deck off the great room offers a great place to unwind, watch golfers, and take in the majestic views of Rumbling Bald Mountain in the background.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
