Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
The property was filthy as we entered the home. So dirty we couldn’t even stay there I had to go find another property to stay at. The host came and would not allow a refund was very unprofessional and turned around and walked out the door. I had contacted Vrbo and I was able to get 200 back out of 900. Very disappointed with this property and how things were handled from the host.
