New Patio Furniture and fire pit. Entire home renovation was recently completed. New ceiling fans and recessed lighting throughout. Additional wide screen TV for Gaming! Great backyard space for entertaining, large yard with patio cover and seating. Professionally Landscaped front and back with landscape lighting to enjoy after you watch the another Beautiful Lake Havasu Sunset from the backyard. New water softener, new R/O System, central A/C, relaxing heated pool. This is your home away from home. Additional cost to heat the pool. Easy on and off pool cover will reduce propane costs. We had a wonderful stay at this home in Lake Havasu City! One of the things we appreciated most was being able to bring our dogs along — it made the trip so much more enjoyable for our family. The house itself was exceptionally clean and incredibly well equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. It was obvious that a lot of thought and care went into making guests feel comfortable.The backyard was absolutely lovely and truly one of the highlights of our stay. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable space to spend time in. We also can’t say enough good things about the host — they were very gracious, easy to communicate with, and always available if we had any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Havasu City!
