Fun and sun await at this fully outfitted retreat. You can play on the river all day and go home to a private oasis. Relax and unwind in the spacious back yard. Enjoy your crystal clear pool, lounge area and outdoor dining. BBQ up a delicious meal! Beautiful daytime or after dark; swim, relax or enjoy a game of Corn Hole!

Don’t forget to enjoy the beautiful sunsets (almost every night) and our gorgeous mountain views!

Includes: Cook wear, bakeware, dishes, utensils, glassware. All electric appliances. Microwave, toaster, toaster oven and Crockpot. There are both a drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker. RO system
Ample Dining for 10! 6 at the dining room table, 4 more at the kitchen bar.
Laundry: Electric Washer and Dryer (Tide pods included)
Master bedroom is HUGE with a king sized bed, walk in shower, walk in closet, duel sinks. Vaulted ceilings for an open feeling. Hangers and hairdryer.
Second bedroom has a king sized bed and large closet. Black out curtains let you sleep in!
Third bedroom features 2 bunk beds. Twin over twin and twin over full. Big Closet!

We are only 4 miles to the Famous London Bridge, and just a few minutes to great dining experiences, shopping and lots of outdoor activities.

Located on a quiet street with plenty of parking (4 cars). There is even gated, secure parking for your boat or off road vehicles!
