The master bedroom has a King bed, second bedroom has a King bed, and the third bedroom a Quen bed. The living room has a futon couch that turns into bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and twin on top and a couch that is comfotable enough to sleep on. The living room couch could is super comfortable made of memory foam. Plenty of room for your boats or toys on the side of the house. Has everything away to be you home away from home, your own Lake House.
