The house truly lives up to its listing title—it was the perfect getaway spot for our trip.The location on Mimosa Street is ideal. Fun name, fun street! We felt like we found the perfect neighborhood without any reason to look elsewhere.Inside, the home was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was already there—the place was fully stocked, which made our stay so much easier. No last-minute runs to the store for basics.What really stood out was the communication from the owners. They were perfectly responsive throughout our entire trip, sharing everything we needed to know before arrival, during our stay, and even after we checked out. It's rare to find hosts who go that extra mile.The pool and lake view were the cherry on top—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Lake Havasu.We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. No reason to stay anywhere else!

This home is very spacious and comfortable! There was plenty of seating inside and out for relaxing and sharing meals. A wide variety of shops and restaurants are all within just a few minutes' drive, or an easy walk for more energetic visitors. You can see the lake and the hills beyond from the backyard, so it's great to enjoy the sunset while having some wine out back. The hosts are very responsive and answered our questions right away.
