Wonderful south side pool home in great neighborhood. 3 bedrooms/3 baths, with an indoor laundry room. King bed and flat screen TV in the master suite. Open floor plan with large dinning area and breakfast Island. 2 car garage with more driveway parking. Near shopping, restaurants, just a few minutes from Sara Park, and less than 10 miles to Lake Havasu State Park.

Lake Havasu City is located on what is known as the “West Coast of Arizona,” three hours driving time west of Phoenix, 2½ hours south of Las Vegas and four to five east of the Los Angeles region. The area attracts 775,000 visitors a year thanks to its calm waters, beautiful beaches, and desert weather with more than 300 sunny days a year. There is a range of restaurants and lodging, plus a boatload of annual events.

HOT TUB AND POOL HEATING POLICY:

APPLICABLE ONLY IF HEATING IS AVAILABLE AT THE PROPERTY .

We want to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
To guarantee that hot tub or pool is heated, PLEASE REQUEST HEATING AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL WITH CHARGES APPLY. This allows sufficient time for the heating process to complete. Heating takes approximately three days to fully heat the POOL. It takes an hour to heat up the HOT TUB

We understand that plans sometimes change. However, please be aware that last-minute requests for heating the pool may not be fulfilled. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, compensation, or reimbursements if heating is unavailable due to a late request.

We strongly recommend booking and requesting in advance to ensure all requested amenities, including hot tub heating, Pool are available for the duration of your stay. Please understand that heating is an additional cost and varies per house.
