A separate designated dog-walking and relief area is provided along the side of the home. Pets are not permitted to relieve themselves on the putting green.

The Vista offers a new, dedicated 25' x 40' boat/RV parking pad, providing convenient space for larger vehicles and trailers.



Parking amenities include:

POOL & SPA HEATING



Pool and spa heating is optional and available through a convenient guest control app.



Rather than charging a flat daily heating fee, propane is billed based on actual consumption at $3.75 per gallon.



A prepaid propane-use balance is required to activate heating and app access. Any unused balance is refunded after actual usage is calculated.



During warmer summer months, pool heating may not be necessary. Heating requirements during cooler months vary depending on outside temperatures, desired water temperatures, and usage.

The Vista offers several private indoor and outdoor spaces designed for relaxation, entertainment, and enjoying beautiful Lake Havasu weather.
