This was a one night stay, it was within walking distance to the London Bridge. Parking was very easy. The room was small but clean and comfortable.

Unprovoked & Unprofessional

After a long day at the lake. We checked in the service was horrible we were being told they were going to charge more because we had an extra person which made zero sense if we already had two beds. I walked to what I thought was my room and the key opened door and it was someone else’s room that looked like they lived there. There clothes in bathtub filled. And when unprofessional worker came who was not in work attire or name tag came up and basically blamed me for what was a mistake anyone could have done and kicked me my husband and my children out of the whole hotel. She saw my child crying and still was being rude and unkind. I would never again stay or recommend.

It was awful from the start, the minute I walked into the office I was very uncomfortable with the way they treated me and my best friend…… they were very rude an they charged me a $150 cash deposit… and then they refused to return my deposit claiming I was knocking on random hotel doors disturbing their guests so I lose my deposit…. Where do they find logic in that??
