The interaction with the gentleman who checked me in was very unsettling, and started immediately after walking into the office.
When I walked in I said hello however I wasn't greeted and was only asked for my ID. After stating that I was traveling with pets, the gentlemen stated that the fee is 15 dollars per pet, but the Expedia app lists 10, which I relayed. The gentleman replied and stated that the costs are not listed online, which is false and the $10 pet fee is the reason I chose that hotel. After this, the gentleman was very rude and short with his responses, and wouldn't acknowledge when asked questions.
The room was satisfactory and clean.
Also, my 100.00 dollar deposit for incidentals was not refunded.
