Built by the original owner of Havasu landmark, Zeeman’s gun shop, for his beloved Queen, this house exudes an enchanting charm. Its block walls and two round turrets rooftop earn it the nickname. Since being acquired by your VRBO Host, it has undergone full renovation to accommodate guests during extraordinary vacations.

The remainder of the 4-plex house is two more lower casitas and a 3-bedroom on the right side. Those three units rent separately. If you are interested in renting all units together, please find the listing on VRBO. (The pool belongs to the 3 bedroom unit.)

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set ac to 82, close blinds.
Clean BBQ and return patio furniture where found. Take down any sed umbrellas, tie and leave by pool equipment.
Trash can be taken out to cans outside. If you are checking out on Monday/trash day take the cans to the curb Sunday night or early Monday. Pick up after your pet. Leave no cigarette butts.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No Smoking indoors. Cigarette butt clean up is $100 fee. No loud noise after 10.
Do not leave umbrellas up in the wind, or when you leave the area. Broken umbrellas are $75 each.

We stayed at the property with our two small dogs. It was nice to be in such a lovely location with our beloved fur babies. The property was situated on the edge of the houses and desert trails. It had a gorgeous view of the valley and lake.
