THE BOAT GARAGE
Between the game room and the boat garage, there is over 2,000 sq ft of garage space on this property, more square footage than the home itself. The boat garage is 60 feet deep with 14-ft high, 19-ft wide doors, purpose-built for serious rigs. Our jet skis and storage cabinets run along the right side, leaving the entire left side open for your boat, trailer, and truck with plenty of room to move around. There is a 2-ft deep shelf at the rear wall, so larger boats should note that when planning.
THE GAME ROOM
The 2-car garage has been transformed into the ultimate hangout. Pool table, poker table, beer pong table, cornhole, three Smart TVs, and a Bluetooth soundbar. It is the kind of space your crew will never want to leave.
THE BEDROOMS
Primary suite with a King bed and private en suite bathroom. Queen en suite with a Queen bed, private bathroom, and a queen air mattress in the closet for an extra guest. Third bedroom with a Queen bed and a dedicated hallway bathroom steps away. All-tile flooring throughout. Clean and modern.
ENTERTAINMENT
75-inch Samsung Smart TV with Sonos soundbar in the living room. 55-inch Samsung Smart TVs in all three bedrooms. Indoor electric fireplace for ambiance. High-speed fiber optic internet so you can stream, work, and game without limits.
THE PATIO
Two zones out back. A full dining table seats 8, perfect for late-night games under warm Arizona skies. The lounge area is angled perfectly for the Havasu sunset with a gas BBQ grill ready to go. A backup propane tank is on the garage shelf if you need it and we will reimburse any refills. Those warm AZ nights hit different when you have nowhere to be.
THE DETAILS
Whole-home reverse osmosis water filtration. Contactless self check-in. Starter supply of coffee, K-Cups, teas, and household essentials. Fresh towels, linens, and toiletries provided.
WANT A BREAK FROM THE LAKE?
Iron Wolf Country Club has a stunning negative-edge pool overlooking the lake, open to the public all day with food and drinks served until 6 PM. Bogies and Stogies is right on property, so dinner after a sunset swim is an easy yes. Kokomo's is another great local pool option when you want to mix it up. The Nautical Resort pool is also a favorite (call ahead to confirm public access).
HOUSE RULES
No animals (allergy policy, $500 deep clean fee if violation is detected)
No smoking indoors ($500 fine if violated)
Smoking permitted in garage (doors up, mini splits off) or on patio
No parties or events
Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
Lock all doors, windows, and garage when leaving
Exterior cameras at front, back, and inside the garage (boat view only)
Guests are fully responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages during their stay
CLEANLINESS AND HOUSE GUIDELINES
Please use placemats on the dining table, and the protective pad if playing games on the dining room table. Extra placemats and the pad are in the bottom drawer of the pantry cabinet
Please avoid eating in the bedrooms
Please put Trash cans to the curb Thursday evening for Friday morning pickup
