The home is an open-concept light and airy floor plan. Home was built in 2015 providing the comforts of an exceptional vacation experience.

Living room: The main living room is an open-concept floor plan featuring a cozy sectional with lounger and large wall-mounted Smart TV.

Dining room: Dining space is open to the living room and kitchen, looks out to the pool

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with center island and stools, stocked with coffee, microwave, oven, toaster, blender, and other cooking and dining provisions

Bedroom 1: This primary bedroom features a queen bed, Smart Tv, closet with hangers and storage, private from the other bedrooms with its own bathroom featuring a double vanity and walk-in tiled shower

Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers a queen been, sofa bed with hallway access to the shared bathroom

Bedroom 3: This bedroom offers a queen been with hallway access to the shared bathroom

Backyard: The private fenced backyard features a custom built in-ground pool with a waterfall, large hot-tub, Bbq grill, lounge seating area, covered outdoor patio and a large space for children to play.

Amenities: Laundry room with washer and dryer, internet, Smart TV.

Parking: Secured parking on the property.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire home including the garage and side RV parking.

Extra wide driveway allows for parking boats or trailers.

Please Note: There is a $25/day extra charge to hook up RV’s for electricity and water.

Others Details to Note:

We are very proud of our home and want to ensure all of our guests have a 5-star stay. To that end, we have a few guidelines for guests:

No Unauthorized parties or events allowed without approval. No glass containers of any kind on the back patio, outdoor kitchen, pool or hot tub areas. This is for guest safety, and strictly enforced.

Out of respect to our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10 PM - 7 AM. We want you to enjoy our home, your visit, socializing, and use of our oasis amenities. We are certain you would agree that loud, disruptive, or destructive behavior is not acceptable. Violators will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.

*ABSOLUTELY No amplified music after 7 pm. Violators will be asked to vacate the property.

*No third party bookings allowed. Guest must be staying at the property.

*No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation.
Our occupancy count on this property is 7 guests. If you have a larger group and have questions about bringing additional guests please contact us before booking. We have the right to accept or deny the request, as well as request an extra guest fee and refundable damage deposit.

*$500 -$1000 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection

SECURITY CAMERAS
*Outdoor front yard camera facing the driveway, records on motion
*Outdoor back patio, facing the yard, motion sensor and records on motion
- All cameras are in place for safety and liability reasons

PETS
Sorry we can not provide accommodations for your furry friends! We do have other listings that can, so please reach out if this is a must.

SMOKING AND VAPING
*Absolutely No Smoking or vaping inside the home. A violation will result in a minimum fee of $200. You are welcome to smoke outside, away from the home with the windows and doors closed.

POOL | SPA
*Absolutely No running or diving in the pool.
*Pool cleaner comes 2x a week (Monday & Thursday) through the side gate to clean the pool, which takes a few minutes and they will not interrupt your stay.
*No glass or food in or around the pool. If the pool needs to be drained as a result of this violation it will be at the expense of the guest.
*Do not touch the pool/spa equipment. A violation will result in a minimum $100 fine for the pool company to re-set or repair the equipment.

FALL/WINTER POOL & SPA HEATING
*Heating the pool and spa will require a credit card authorization form and payment charged will go directly to the Gas company. You will be responsible for paying for the gas used to heat the Pool and Spa

* Provide advance notice for the pool to be heated prior to arrival, it can take 8 hours to heat the pool to desired temperature. Spa heats in about an hour so advance notice is not needed.

*2 day minimum is required for pool heating.

Spa Heating: $30 per day
Heated pool up to 75 degrees = No Charged
Heated pool up to 85 degrees = $100 per day
Heated pool up to 90 degrees = $140 per day

Spring/Summer Heating/Cooling It's typically not needed but is available on request based on your desired temperature. Inquire about rates if the natural temperature is not to your liking with rates typically around $65 per day.

BBQ GRILL

BBQ grill is run off propane. We try to keep the tanks full but on occasion they could run low. If you run out of propane please refill and send your host the receipt and we will get you reimbursed. Please clean the BBQ grill after each use.
