The breakfast needs to be better like scrambled eggs, hasbrowns. We were on the 1st floor and the person above us was walking really loudly where i couldnt fall asleep by 10pm

I was charged for this hotel even though I called greater than 24 hours in advance to cancel it. Piss poor. I never checked in. Why should I pay for reservation? Complete bull. Beware. Travel plans change. Hotels and Expedia should not rip you off if you have to cancel a hotel room with more than 24 hours notice.
