This place was amazing for our family of 5, for the 4th of July festivities.The only drawback is that it was so hot that the keypad kept sticking or wouldn’t take our code to open the gate. But the destination Havasu people were super helpful and answered any and all questions super quick. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone traveling here. Super close to the boat ramps and the neighborhood was quiet. Plus the pool is literally 50 steps away. (Maybe a little more)
