COMMUNITY AMENITIES

Guests enjoy access to the Lake Harmony Estates private beach, open Memorial Day through Labor Day (weather permitting).
Hours: Sun–Thu 10am–6pm | Fri–Sat 10am–8pm
One beach pass provided; additional passes available via HOA
Lost passes subject to HOA’s $150 replacement fee
Parking available at Wood Street (main) and Park Street (overflow near tennis courts)
Guests may bring kayaks or paddleboards (inspection/sticker required by HOA)
Fishing permitted with valid PA license (guests bring own gear)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

HOT TUB
There is no extra charge to heat the hot tub. It is not heated continuously, and water changes during deep cleans may take up to 24 hours to reheat. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Three exterior cameras record motion and sound — one at each entry point, positioned away from the hot tub to ensure privacy.

STAIRS
The stairs leading to the basement are steep; please use caution.

Guests must be 25+ to book (or accompanied by a parent)
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (violations subject to $50 per unregistered guest per night)
No smoking/vaping on or around the property ($750 fee)
No fireworks ($500 fee)
