I did not like the room. It was filthy, reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed linen did not feel or looked clean. The bed linen looked wrinkled as if the bed was made without the linen being changed. The window in the room was dirty. We had to buy room deodorizer to spray the room and cleaning supplies to clean the television screen which had particles stuck to the screen, the window also was wiped clean. they had a rug on the walkway which looked liked it had not been swept or vacuumed in a while. Was unable to fall asleep because I kept on scratching because I was itching all night. The staging photo looks nothing like what I walked into. This photo is completely misleading. I have stayed at Hiton's and Marriotts hotels and spent way less and were much better than this facility. Thank you in advance,

Roach and not accommodating

We requested 3 rooms as we were traveling as a family. Our rooms were no where near each other. We showed up at 12ish to see about early check in and were shooed away by some man outside in shorts and a tshirt with no shoes. Got busy in lake George and didn’t get back until about 9 but our rooms were not together and there were various things wrong with the rooms. Smoke detectors broken, no hair dryers, the ceiling tiles falling , etc. then on the way out we found a roach!

A nice stay, some things can be improved. Better food options, also a guide for the tv. Remember, people come from out of town. The price was okay for Friday night. I see it would have been less earlier in the week.

The door to the room was ajar, the linens stained, dog hair on the bed, the biggest echo ive ever heard in a hotel room. Was there 15 minutes into a 2 night stay and decided checking out was the better option

The bathroom door did not close, we found a hypodermic needle on the floor and there were crickets in the bed! Main door peephole was plugged with paper towel. Horrible room, terrible breakfast!!!

When checking into our room, the door was slightly opened. The bed had been slept on with wrinkled sheets and pillow on the floor. Returned to lobby for new room. Staff did not believe us and went to room to check our concerns. Turns out the door lock was broken and someone had been in the room. We were then checked into a different room and charged again through hotel even though we had initially paid through hotels.com. The new rate was higher than what H. COM charged by 15.64. The new room floor was not clean when I took my shoes off, so when I walked around I kept shoes on. Bed was clean. Room very noisy from cars and other people staying there. Would NOT recommend staying at this hotel! Management but able to solve financial overcharge as was stated it was a security deposit.

Hotel was fine. Room price per night was very reasonable. Everything in our room working properly. Other guests were making petty complaints to the front desk. Holding up the check in line. If they wanted a 5 star room then they should have booked a 5 star hotel. It was a nice stay.

Never again.

Other review says it all and totally agree. Very pathetic condition with foul smell and unclean bathrooms with all broken fittings. Hairs all around with stains on the linens. Breakfast a total joke. Even if offered for free, not all all worth it. With all these negative reviews, it high time for the management to thing seriously to make it better.

You would have thought this place was shut down for years then all of a sudden they opened up for business. It’s smelled so bad, I would be caught dead sitting on the toilet let alone let my daughters sit on it. The AC blew under the sheets on the bed so it looked like an air balloon. I stayed 10 min at best and left. I should have known when the keycard jacket looked liked it was used about 13 different times before me..
