I didn’t receive room upgrade…breakfast options were limited and at times very crowded. 24hr complimentary coffee sometimes was empty. Aside from those things the stay was pleasant.

The cleanliness of the room and facility was great. Breakfast was delicious and all of the staff we dealt with were great from check in, dining and maintenance. Our room key reader had to be redone and maintenance was prompt and efficient. We will recommend this hotel and will stay here again!!

Very nice smaller hotel with spacious rooms. It was very convenient to Six Flags if that is on your agenda. We enjoyed the quick drive to the mall and and downtown Glens Falls. We appreciated having the breakfast available the first morning because we had an early game but also enjoyed going out to breakfast the next day when we had more time as it is pretty basic. Very quiet inside the hotel once Six Flags shuts down for the night. Had a great night sleep on comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!
