The kitchen sink plubming loosend and there was water every where, had to change rooms. The new room was good but the tv wasn't a smart tv like the other room. I liked the 2nd room because it was wood floor instead of rug like the first. Also two of yhe stove ranges didn't work. I must say staff was great at fixing the situation as quivkly as possible. Really like this hotel. Stayed here before. In a great location near downtown. Staf was really friendly, room was clean. Only issue is the beds need to be upgraded as they still have old spring mattresses and the beds are pla ed right at the door. I wasn't a fan of that. Otherwise, the rooms was nice and roomy.
