The room looked like it was being worked on. The refrigerator did not work, the drawers on the desk and wardrobe doors were broken. The outlet next to the mirror did not work. Had to dry hair on the bed. The heater did not work and the room was cold, no extra blame for the bed. I froze most of the night. Could not wait to check out and leave. The only positive is they let me check in 45 minutes early to get ready to leave for a function. Maybe they are working on remolding, but I am sure there was a room that would have been better 🙄

Good for the price

Room was clean, bed was ok. A/C seemed to work well. Breakfast was a little lacking but we did have some waffles which were good. Walls were thin but mostly people were quiet. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't spend much time in hotel as we were staying for an off site event. Overall, a good stay for the price and would likely stay again in the future.

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Several pieces of furniture were absent. WE ONLY HAD A BED!! No desk chair! No arm chair! Only one garbage can in the room. Fortunately we had some folding chairs in our vehicle that we brought up to our room. Breakfast was very minimal with not much of a selection.

The condition of the room was very disappointing. Upon entering the room smelled and was in dire need of repair. You could tell that the sheet on the bed had prior stains on it and there were stains on the carpet. Didn’t complain because we were there just for an overnight and didn’t spend much time in the room.

Could only understand the speech of 1 out of 3 employees who were trying to help me. Furniture was old and scratched. Was not told about breakfast time so missed it. Bed was comfortable and I do like the sink outside of the bathroom.

Give it a try

We got there 1 1/2 hour early. Asked if we could check in early and was told for a extra $25.00 we could so a room was ready but would not allow us to check in without paying extra. We came back later. Room was clean, a little worn but comfortable. There was parking worries as a group hung out on the side of the building where we would have preferred to park but choose to park in the front lot.

We came for a 1-night stay in the Delavan area and found that the room and the hotel were clean and the staff were friendly. Loved the location because it is a little out of town but everything we wanted to do was within a 10-minute drive. It has great access to major highways, and a gas station is right across the parking lot! We didn't try the free breakfast so can't comment on that.

The room we stayed in was newly remodeled and perfect for the night stay. McDonald's is literally right next door too! Alpine Valley is an easy drive away.
