This hotel is excellent in every way. It is beautiful, clean, everything is first class! A tram stop is right in front of hotel! I’m not used to riding trams, but the staff here at the hotel gave me complete directions and a map! I just successfully got to my destination and returned to the hotel! Wonderful restaurants are near by. I highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel, excellent and efficient staff in the traditional Swiss manner: calm, unfussy hospitality. Remarkable location, if you're lucky with the train to the airport it's half an hour door-to-door, with the lake 10 minutes walk and a real array of Geneva's cosmopolitan restaurants in less time than it takes to order!

Location is very convenient as few minutes walk from main station hub and trams was right in front of the hotel. Room was cleaned but bathroom fixtures are outdated. Didn’t try breakfast but Bar is good open till late.

Staff were great, location was really easy, had early check in and free upgrade. The room and hotel overall was lovely however the breakfast was pretty basic for the cost and could definitely be improved. At the weekend, there was very little left when we headed down at 7am, however this wasnt the case on the monday when we were later where staff were continuously replacing low food.
