The staff was wonderful, the view of Lake Geneva was wonderful, however, the hotel was really overpriced as the lighting in the room and hallways was pretty dark, there were scuff marks on the door frames, shower and ceilings. Also the ceilings looked like popcorn and very thin.

Great view - noisy neighbors

The view was great - too bad it rained on one of the days but we did get too see a pretty decent sunset. Our only complaint is having a room with an door adjoining the next room which unfortunately was inhabited by a very loud pair of women who were making quite a bit of noise after the 10pm quiet time rule.

Beautiful view of the lake from my balcony! Friendly and efficient staff. Convenient location. Nice room! The only negative was being located over the restaurant, not only because of the view, but having to listen to the fans and machinery. I would definitely stay here again!

Our room was clean but it was hard to watch TV as the sofa was on the same side if the room. Only one desk chair in room. If the TV and bed were reversed on the wall it would have been easy to watch TV comfortably.

We had a first floor lake facing balcony room. The view was stunning and the fall colors were on point! The two nights we were here, the winds were gnarly out of the west, northwest. The property is spotless and clean. Staff, stellar! Great place to stay for a reasonable price in October.
