Welcome to Geneva Haven! This beautifully renovated home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood only 6 minutes from downtown Lake Geneva and the Riviera beach. This upscale vacation home offers space for two families with a lower level that can be accessed both through the main floor as well as through a separate entrance in the garage.

The main floor offers a spacious living room with a fireplace and thoughtful touches like cozy blankets, high quality furnishings, a large smart TV, board games, and a fully stocked coffee bar. The living room boasts plenty of comfortable seating options including a cozy sofa bed, making it easy to unwind or accommodate extra visitors. The open floor plan includes a kitchen stocked with all of the essentials you need to make culinary masterpieces. A separate laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a pantry sits off the kitchen. A dining area and separate bar provide space for your entire group to eat together. Step outside onto the large, enclosed deck furnished with comfortable seating to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise over the backyard. Continue further onto the open deck and grilling area with a large patio table and enjoy eating meals together in the outdoors. The main floor also houses a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet, a private entrance onto the deck, and an ensuite bathroom outfitted with accessible grab bars. Two more bedrooms and a shared bathroom complete the main floor space that your group needs to unwind and savor time together after a day at the beach or on the slopes.

The lower level is sure to provide lots of family entertainment with its game room featuring a hockey table, foosball, a basketball game, and a treadmill. In addition, the lower level includes a large couch; a console housing a limited number of children's toys; and a bar area. This area also offers a second full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.

The garage and driveway provide private parking for up to four vehicles; and the garage is equipped with a ramp for step-free entry into the house. Yard games are provided for the backyard. Guests with children can enjoy the park located only steps away from the front door in this idyllic neighborhood.

The house is thoughtfully equipped with essentials like two portable cribs and a portable high chair for families with small children. Also included for the comfort of our guests is a beach bag equipped with beach towels. Complimentary wine & bottled water will be provided upon arrival.
