Hotel is very nice. Great proximity to the station. Nice gym and sauna on site. We had 2 rooms, one the heating didnt work and it was - 10 outside. Otherwise would have been 4 or 5 stars.

Very Nice/quaint, small, and quiet property. Within walking distance of any major shopping, dining, and the Christmas market. We have stayed at the hotels one block up on the lake and they are also lovely. This property is nice and quieter alternative.

It’s a lovely hotel, but not designed for sleeping! The street noise, yelling shouting voices went on all night for our 3 nights there. Without ears plugs it would have been unbearable.

The staff was fantastic--some of the most professional I have ever experienced. The room was spotless. The hotel is very conveniently located. However, the room was a little 'worn'. It looked like it was in need of a renovation. Spotless, but outlets were coming out of the wall (in the bathroom), corners were chipping in color, there were marks on some of the furniture. I would like to absolutely stay again, but just a minor note.

The only way to reach hotel rooms is a small 3 persons and 3 luggage available space elevators. It felt suffocated. It's unbelievable to find that we could only carry heavy luggage through 5 steps stairway up in order to ride elevator. It's disqualified as a handicap user facility hotel. Poor and not worthy to stay.

Staff very welcoming. Lovely upgraded bathroom including a deep end of the day soothing tub. The afternoon treats and juices available unto early evening were a very pleasant surprise.
