We had a very pleasant stay and would especially like to thank Hash for her outstanding service. She was friendly, approachable, and always willing to help throughout our stay. Her positive attitude and professionalism made a real difference to our experience. If there is an employee's award, I definitely recommend her for this. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was well presented each morning. A useful added convenience was the ice machine located opposite the reception area, which was very handy during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality provided by Hash and the hotel team.
