The room was not cleaned at all during our stay. I asked the front desk and all they said was sorry do you need some towels. The beds were horrible and not comfortable very very soft and lumpy in the middle and very hard on the back. Woke up with back aches every morning. The beds were also made wrong they had a very thin sheet, then a mattress protector between the sheet and the very thin comforter. The bread and bagels were hard as a rock and stale. The eggs also tasted like powdered eggs. We really expected more than this from a Hilton Brand. Very, very disappointed,
