Room 310. Very loud. Across from elevator and ice machine. Right above outside patio with people outside being loud…late. Tried to contact the front desk. No answer. Told receptionist about it at check out and not even an apology.

People outside our window on the porch area of hotel. Could hear laughter and yelling til 130 am. Called front desk but they did nothing about it. We paid good money for a nice hotel and couldn’t even sleep. Unfortunate for us but hotel. Com got paid and so did the hotel, unsatisfactory.
