The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so there is quite a bit of work going on outside. The inside was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing—very kind, accommodating, and helpful. We would gladly stay again when we are in the area.

Your location was a real disappointment. Entire tiles missing in the shower, a literal pile of dirt in the corner by the tub, the towel was so stained it was grey, and to top it all off, the room door could not be locked. We left without staying. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Complete waste of money. Should have just left without checking in when I saw the sign at the front desk, "NO REFUNDS AFTER 10 MINUTES".

I had to pay over 14 dollars more than what was stated on the reservation? There is no WiFi and the room was in a dilapidated, dirty state. The towels were dirty, the TV didn't work, and the bathroom was very dirty. I simply didn't dare to shower there. This place urgently needs to be renovated and significant work needs to be done on hygiene.

The check-in process was easy. The lady asked to see my Expedia reservation so she could see how much I paid for it so she could bring it up on her machine. When she gave me my room key she told me where it was. My husband and I went into the room and discovered a bug filled stinky queen mattress leaning up against the wall in the room. The floor is still weren't swept. Then I turn down the bed to find dirt all over the sheets. I return to the front desk where the lady offered me a new set of sheets so I could go change my bed. And then got the manager who when I showed him the pictures of my room and bed, he said yeah I wouldn't stay there either. I'll refund your money. So I guess I got the cleanest room in the joint which wasn't clean at all.
