The Neighborhood:
Located in the beautiful north Lake Arrowhead neighborhood of Tavern Bay, this home sits in one of the lake’s rare flat residential areas — making neighborhood walks easy and enjoyable year-round. A scenic creekside hiking trail provides direct access to Lake Arrowhead without ever crossing a main road. Enjoy peaceful strolls through the lakeside community or walk to UCLA’s Bruin Woods. Just a short drive brings you to Lake Arrowhead Village, Cedar Glen, SkyPark, Dogwood Campground, Lake Gregory, Crestline, Twin Peaks, and Silverwood Lake. Snow Valley Mountain Resort is only 15 miles away for winter skiing, and Big Bear is under an hour away.

PARKING:
There are 3 parking spaces available. There is no garage. All parking spots will be uncovered in the driveway.

Parties are strictly prohibited at this property. The property is located in a serene, historic neighborhood with strict noise ordinances in place. The management company will take action immediately against any violations.

POOL & SPA:
The spa is professionally cleaned twice per week as well as on the day of your arrival. We also keep the spa heated so you can hop in any time. Use the 4 buttons on the control panel to turn jets on/off, lights on/off, and heat up or heat down. Please do not tamper with the spa equipment as it will cause the equipment to malfunction. Please keep children supervised at all times.
FAMILY & PETS:
We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 per pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information.
EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $50/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.
VENDORS:
Please note that the spa is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. For bookings of 3 days or more, our technicians will provide a complementary mid-stay cleaning and balance. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping and gardening service is on Fridays or on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss and/or additional charges. Sink into the sounds of mountain solitude, peaceful nights, and starry stars...
CHERISH:
Some of the things visitors to Lake Arrowhead cherish the most are clean air, mesmerizing night skies, and the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.
CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!
WILDLIFE:
You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including smaller forest dwellers like squirrels, raccoons and chipmunks, though coyotes and grey foxes do also roam the less human-populated regions. The wider San Bernardino area also has black bears, California mule deer, bighorn sheep, mountain lions, and bobcats. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children.
NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
BACKYARD FENCING:
As we do not have fencing around the entire property, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. Forest wildlife finds it easy to share our yard from time to time in our shared habitat.
EV CHARGER:
There is not an EV charger at the home, however, there is a Tesla Supercharger located a 10 minute drive away at Resort & Spa, 27984 CA-189, Lake Arrowhead, CA 92352. There are also multiple public EV charging stations around town, which allows charging for up to 2 hours per day.
