Located by Grass Valley Lake and just minutes drive away from gorgeous Lake Arrowhead waterfront and forest trails. Come and fully escape by enjoying a glass of wine on the patio, soak in the hot tub, grill on the deck, read a book by the fire place or just enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views.

The space
The open concept main floor flows out to the deck with dining and lounging areas creating an indoor/outdoor living experience. The lower floor has a master suite, complete with a king bed, a patio and a hot tub. The second master suite features a queen bed and a direct exit to the main patio. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a bonus room connected to the main master offers another twin/sofa bed.

AC for hot and cold days, a fully functioning kitchen with outdoor grill, a fire place, smart TV’s in every room, a car garage and outside private parking , washer/dryer, an amazing game room (located in the garage), panoramic views from both floor patios and anything else else needed for a perfect comfortable vacation!
