The heating system was not good, at least for Room 146. It took 2 HOURS to heat up from 61F to 69F (on a cold Dec 3rd). We left the heat on while we went out for supper: when we returned the temp was back down to 65! The explanation from staff was that a motion sensor turns off the heater when people are not in the room. Another hour later & we finally reached 73F. The only control is a wall thermostat, so the fan ran all night. Breakfast is above par for a 2 star motel. We have stayed here many times and this heating problem is our first complaint ever. Staff are very friendly.

Excellent customer service, clean facilities and very spacious rooms. The breakfast had some good variety. Located about 20 mins from Scranton and just off the I-84 hence felt quite safe.

The first room we checked into , i set my purse down by the tv and a cockroach came out from behind it. I caught it in a tissue and brought to front desk. He switched us to another room which appeared to be clean. No other issues after that.
